fees
The fees due to the office are negotiated with the clients and confirmed by a Letter of Mission at the very beginning of our intervention.The fees may be a convened as a lump sum or be calculated on the time spent on the case with hourly fees ranging from NOK 1.300 to NOK 2.500, depending on the nature and the extent of the mission and the specific competences required thereto.
Norwegian clients will be charged 25 % VAT.
According to indications from the Norwegian consumer authorities we indicate hereunder the fees for certain specific missions (excl. VAT):
• Consultation up to ½ hour -NOK 750
• Simple Prenuptial Agreement - NOK 3.000
• Simple Will - NOK 2.500
